First, check the exterior parts of the watch

The sensitivity of the watch refers to the flexibility of its automatic pendulum. Check methods are as follows:

(1) gently shake the watch, the watch is not wound up, stop walking, with the energy of shaking to observe the walking situation of the second hand: if the second hand in a very short time to stop walking, that the watch on the foot spring can be completed (namely spring no torque), high sensitivity; If the second hand continues to travel for a long time, it indicates that the foot spring on the watch is not complete (that is, the spring can also store torque), the sensitivity is not high or the watch machine is out of order.

(2) For the watch without a spring to stop walking, gradually rotate the head and observe the start of the second hand: the less the upper handle rotation, the earlier the second hand start, the higher the sensitivity of the table; On the contrary, the sensitivity is low or the table machine has other faults. However, it should be noted that, due to the stiffness of the gossamer, the fast swing watch will be more than the traditional frequency (18000 times/hour) of the table machine. Sensitive watches will continue to walk for a long time after a spring.

Three, check the distance and position of the watch pointer

A certain interval should be maintained between the pointer and the mirror, the dial and the three needles, otherwise they will rub against each other and affect the normal operation of the dial. Inspection can be observed with a dial needle. The position and fit of the hour and minute hands are normal. The inspection method is as follows: Adjust the minute hand and hour hand to 3 o 'clock and 9 o 'clock, and observe whether the two hands are beveled; Adjust to 6 o 'clock, whether the two stitches are straight line; Adjust to 12 o 'clock to see if the stitches overlap.

Four, check the watch on the mechanism

A normal watch should be easy. When rotating the head, the first feeling is too loose, slowly more and more tight, when can not continue to rotate the head forward, indicating that the spring has been completely full, the upper mechanism works normally. If the rotating handle head occurs, "twittering abnormal sound, or the top tooth deviation phenomenon, indicating that there is a fault in the upper mechanism.

Five, check the watch needle mechanism

The watch should be flexible, reliable, and the hands move symmetrically. Inspection, should focus on the inspection of the separation wheel and the center axle friction tightness. When the needle is pulled, if there is no loosening or tightening feeling, it indicates that the friction force of the wheel is normal and the amount of oil is appropriate. On the contrary, there is a fault in the pin unit.
